How long does a person in the sate of texas have to file a dated and notorized general warranty deed? and what would happen to the deed wasn't filed and the person died.
Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
The deed should be filed at the county recorder's office as soon as it has been notarized. If the deed has been filed prior to the death of the person, then there are chances that the deed will not be considered valid.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
