lawyer fail to file a warranty deed at the closing over 7 yr ago. can he be sued or made to pay any charges incurred in the property transfer.
Hi mack,

You can sue the lawyer for not filing the property deed. If the judgment goes in your favor, you can ask him to pay back the charges incurred during the property transfer.

Thanks
