I rcvd a Simple Assump Aggre from Midland Mortgage. My mom is deceased. The property is in Texas. I had an atty help me with the proper paperwork to file with the court in Texas. I just need some help with a couple of places on the form:
1.Seller What goes here if my mom is deceased? (Currently Midland has it "In the Estate Of....my mom's name)
Item #2: The second form that I have is a "Change of Ownership and Escrow Assignment" form.
Again, there is a space for "Seller Info": What should go there (mom deceased)?
Can anyone answer today for me?
Thank you

Welcome dkincy,
It would be better if you could contact an attorney and take his help in filling out the simple assumption agreement. He will be the best to help you in this matter. You can also contact your lender and he may be able to help you in this regard.
