two owners only one name on mortages

my brother n i r both on the deed n tile but only 1 of us our on the mortage what r my options?can one force the other to sell for he has left the resident n no longer pays anything?he doesnt pay the mortage taxes water nothing,he said he will force be out is that opossible
Hi dan,

If your name is on the title of the house, you're the legal owner of the house. Since you're on the title, you own the property. Your brother has no right to force you out of it, unless of course you transfer your share of interest in the property to him through a quit claim deed.
