I am planning on forming an LLC to protect my assests when I rent my home. I would like to open a checking account in the name of the LLC to receive the rent payments and to pay the mortgage but the rent amount will be less than the mortgage. How can I transfer personal funds to an LLC account to pay the remainder of the mortgage payment each month?
