I BOUGHT LAND FROM A CROOK,SHE OWNED IT WITH HER MOM SHE FACKED A QUITCLAIM DEED,HER MOM DIED WITHOUT A WILL,SHE HAS 7 CHILDREN,,I PAY THE TAXES THEY DONT ,I WAS TOLD I OWN THE PROPERTY WITH HER CHILDREN WHEN I PAID 45,000.00 TO THE DAUGHTER.THE TITLE WAS ALSO FACK,PLEASE HELP NOW WHAT DO I DO?I WANT MY LAND
