giving someone money / securities?

Posted on: 13th Oct, 2008 01:25 am
Hello, I am giving someone money to help buy a house in OK. How do I make sure to get the money back in case the person should decide to sell the house at a later time, gets divorced or whatever? Or, can I get my name on the property title?
Thanks!
sorry, I think I've made a mistake. How do I move this posting to the correct forum?

Hi guest!

You can include your name in the property deed. This will give you certain rights to the property and you can claim your money when they are selling the property.

As far as your second post is concerned, I hope a moderator will update and post your query in the correct forum.

Thanks,

Jerry
