We own a timeshare in Hilton Head. We just paid the HOA dues in January. We no longer list the timeshare with RCI. We have no interest in using the timeshare. We don't expect to make any money from selling the timeshare. Could we simply sign the deed back to the seller? The HOA dues are paid every three years so there is no debt on the timeshare. We just want to get rid of the timeshare and its HOA dues.
Welcome janithhuffman,
You will have to contact the seller and then transfer the property to him. In order to do so, you will be required to sign a quit claim deed.
