Hi....
My brother purchased a land under a registered sale cum GPA agrement? Now the vendor trying to alienate the said land to others saying that said sale cum GPA does not confer any title to my brother?
My problem whether there is any legal santity to the Sale cum GPA agrement and what is its legal santity?
I solicit any of my legal friends show me the way to protect my brother.
Thank You sir

Hi sirishavenkat,
If there has been a registered sale, then it should be considered as legal. I would suggest your brother to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will help him in dealing with the situation.
