My Step-Grandmother's name was never added to the deed of the 80 acres of land. Does this mean that her chilldren from a prior marriage are not heirs to the property of my grandfather?
Welcome Genous,
The children can claim their share from your grandfather's property as they will also be considered as heirs to his property.
