My Dad just passed away and his house title is listed with his name and my grandmas. The house is paid for.
There is no will.
My Grandma offered to quick claim the house to me since I am his daughter. Is this a simple process? Does my Grandma or I have to worry about paying taxes

Welcome Guest,
Your grandmother can transfer her share of the property to you by using a warranty deed or a quitclaim deed. However, in order to get the ownership of your father's share of the property, you'll have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office.
