My nephew's grandmother died and the only surviving daughter is not happy because her mom named my nephew beneficiary on a reverse mortgage. The bank wont release beneficiary info without a death certificate and the county won't release certificate without her approval or just reason (like beneficiary of something) we can't produce paper work and was wondering if there is a way around it? Also the daugher is a real estate broker and her husband is an attorney. Thanks for your help
Hi,
Do you recorded her death in country records. Then you can get death certificate from them.
Then you can proceed, contact your neares country records office.
Thanks & Regadrs.
