7 heirs were left an acre of land. One heir has obtained two other shares from two other shareholders giving her 3 shares.
She now want to sell her shares but the other 4 shareholder are not in agreement. Can she go to court and force the others to sell?

Hi JLGardner,
She may file a partition lawsuit in order to sell off the property. The court will look into the whole matter and let everyone know whether or not the property will be sold off.
Thanks
