I have been given sole possession of my home in my divorce how do i get his name off the deed and mortgage

hi bri,

you will have to ask him to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you. once he transfers the property to you, then you can refinance your mortgage and get the mortgage transferred in your name.
