hi. i was going to do a land contract with a guy who owned a home. His uncle took the home through a quick claim deed with someone else signing. Its now a false document and the house is still in his name. Taxes have not been paid in almost two years. Can I buy the house back from unpaid taxes? and How can I do that?
Hi syritavaughn,
You can buy the property provided the original owner of the property transfers it to you. Once you buy the property, you'll have to pay off the taxes.
