house listed for over 18 months
by owner, 2 realtors now by owner again
price down to pennies over what we owe after 3% co-op
IF WE SELL!
Cannot afford to go upside down
Working out of state for over one year
Wife and daughter still living in house
refinanced mortage with existing lender
made all payments on time
FED UP. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Hi k,
If you want to get rid of the property and want to move to some other state, then you should contact your lender and apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. This will not only help you in getting rid of the property but you won't be liable for paying the balance dues resulting from the property sale.
