I was given property as a life estate tenant back in 2003. After my death it is to go to my daughers, in which non of them want the property. It is kind of running down now, I haven't lived in it since mid 2008. I am not even in the same state anymore. Can this property be sold if all parties mentioned in the deed agree to do so? It really isn't doing either of us any good as is. It would only be good at this point as rental property at best. I really don't want the hastle of renting and taking care of things as a landlord when I don't live anywhere near. Do I have a prayer of selling the place with my daughters approval. The party that gave the property to me has since passed as well.
Help!!!!!
What options do I have?

Hi Kris!
Welcome to forums!
The property can be sold off if all the parties agree to it. You can list the property in the market in order to sell it off. You should contact a real estate broker and he will help you in this matter.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
