I am wanting to put a deal to a short deal Home Staging companies and felt a distinct desire to know as how to get home arrangement of that specific home.

As stated by Hogg, you need to take the help from a qualified home planner. THe planner will guide you on how to get the arrangements according to your specifications.
Floor plans are not public documents, so you will have to get it from the homeowner or someone else who might have a copy like the builder or home stager.
