need a form to tranfer the house into my name taking my husband off of it...Post Your detailed question here.

You can ask your husband to sign a quitclaim deed in your name. This will remove your husband's name from the property deed and add your name to the deed. You can check out the sample quitclaim deeds in the given link:

However, you should note that quitclaim deed forms vary from state to state. So it will be better if you can consult and attorney and draft the deed from him.
