My dad want's to sign his house over to me and my sister and still live there.
We both made the payments for th morgage untill it was paid off Can this be done without any repercusions

welcome oreilly,

if the property is transferred to you and your sister, then the lender will want you to refinance the loan. if you do not refinance, then the lender may call the loan due.
