What is the process (how do you) re-title a house from an individuals name to a family trust they have created?

the person who wants to transfer the property into a family trust will have to sign a quit claim deed for the same. in the quit claim deed, the individual's name will be mentioned as the grantor of the property and the living trust will be mentioned as the grantee. however, the individual can contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
