I am in a process buying a house i just wonder should i keep the title or the lawyer put in the deposit box ?
You must be taking a mortgage in order to buy the property. The deed of the proeprty would remian with your lender unless you pay off the mortgage fully. Once you pay off the mortgage, the lender will give back the property title to you.

HI ledh 2005,

Do you want to pay in cash?
If you wanto to take with loan proposal go and meet locat lenders and see the benefits offered by different lenders.
If you take loan the deed will be with lenders but as you pay off the total loan the property will be yours and the title will be in your name.

Go and search with local lender to decide the further things.
