I cosigned a loan for a house when i was single with a friend, but just recently got married. Is my husband entitled to any ownership of the home through the marriage?

i don't know the community property laws that exist in this nation, but depending on your location they may apply. if you do not live in a community property state, then your co-ownership with the friend would remain as is.
