husband purchased home in ct both mortgage and deed in his name only can he sell without my signature or knowledge??

If the property and the mortgage both are in the name of your husband, then he will be able to sell off the property without your permission or knowledge. As you are not an owner of the property, he does not require your permission to sell off the property.

I concur. Your husband is the sole owner of the property, and as such, he is authorized to take whatever measures he wishes concerning that property.
It depends on if you live in a community property State. If you do, and he made that purchase while you were married, the Lender will require some signatures from you.
