:( Inheritance was taken away. Do I have any rights as an heir in a Will?
Is there a status of limitation for a heir to receive inheritance when it is stated in a Will.
Welcome amacn,
If it's mentioned in the will that you are one of the heirs to the property, then you have the rights to receive your share. After the will is probated, the property will be divided between the heirs as mentioned in the will. If the someone has taken away your inheritance, then you can take legal actions against that person. I would suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter.

Is it possible to sale interest in heir property?
Hi amacn,
If you are the present owner of the property, i.e. if your name is solely mentioned on the property deed, then you would be able to sell off the property. If you've already transferred the property to your heirs, then you won't be able to sell it off without their permission.
