My brother and I inherited my father's home and I would like to take my name off the title as my brother bought out my 50% share. He wants to keep the home but I do not want my name on the title. The house is free and clear but he has not renewed the liablility insurance and I am afraid that I could be liable if an injury occurred.

You can sign a warranty deed and transfer your share of the property to your brother. You need to contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed.
