my mother is physically and mentally incompetent to make any decisions regarding anything , my sister took her to a notary public signed all of my mothers property over to herself in a quit claim deed. what can we do to reverse that?
Hi earllee123 !
Welcome to Forums!
There is a process of reverse quitclaim by which you can ask your sister to quitclaim the deed back in your mother's name. If she is not ready to do the same, you will have to take the help of an attorney and file a lawsuit so that the deed stands void. The attorney will have to prove that your mother was under the influence of your sister and that she is physically and mentally incompetent to make any decision.

If your mother is incompetent, any deeds she signed are voidable. You must bring a lawsuit to have them voided. You should also have a conservator appointed to take over your mother's affairs.
