My Father is deceased, my dad was devorced from my mother, he had a second wife that he was still with before he past, my mother and dad devorced some 30 years ago and they had land that was given to them from my grand parents some 40 years ago . My mother is still on the deeds to that property? can you tell me what will happen to my mothers instest.

As far as I can understand, your mother's name is still on the property deed. This means she has ownership rights to the property. She will have similar rights to the property as your father had. If the property is sold on some point of time, she can claim a certain amount from the sale proceeds.
