My husband and I are getting a divorce, which will be final at the end of this year. The house has been awarded to me, but is currently in a family trust. How do we go about transfering the ownership into my name using an interspousal transfer?

You will have to bring the property out of the living trust first and then ask your husband to sign an inter-spousal transfer deed in order to get the property transferred in your name.
