I (husband) signed an interspousal transfer deed during my marriage to my wife . her parents gifted the home to her and not me. would i be able to collect reimbursement and separate interset to the Worth or value of the home as it has over 481,000 dollars in over what was the cost of the home in 2002? As well, we had comingled funds during our marriage & i contributed to the household the and maintenance in and outside of the hopuse for the past 9 years?"?
Hi joeyharp,

As you've signed an inter-spousal transfer deed and gave sole ownership to your wife, you won't be able to claim anything from that property. This is because, you're not the owner of the property.

Thanks
