We are trying to find the proper form and want to do it ourselves. Our property in Round Rock, TX is in both my husbands and my name and we want to transfer it into the new trust we have.
Would you help us with which form should be used and where we can obtained it. We went to the Williamson Couonty Clerk's office and they don't seem to have the proper forms.

Transferring property from joint custody to the trust will not be difficult. All you need to do is to sign a quitclaim or a warranty deed. The forms can be downloaded online. But the language of the deed, does change depending on an individual's need. Below are a few links where you might find the deed of your choice:
