I moved into my husband's house he owned in Dallas, Texas after we got married. My spouse would like to add my name to our home. What do we need to do and is there a charge?

anyone can be added to the title to the property, but to be added on to the mortgage or loan, you would have to refinance to add or delete any party from the loan. adding a party to title, you would need to check with your state/county recorder and see what type of deed is needed. then complete the deed with notary and have it recorded at your county recorder office.
