my wife and i have sepperated, we have a joint mortgage but my name is not on the deeds, what are my intitlements and rights with regards to any sale of the property or ownership of the property, as I have paid the mortgage since we bought the house.
You are only responsible to pay mortgage dues. About your rights on property, your name is not mentioned property deed so you have not any author to sell property or other ownership rights.
To get ownership rights put your name on deed.

the only hope is if you're in a community state - check with your divorce lawyer as to what rights you may have.
