My dad has dementia, he is currently being cared for at home by my mom. They have their house with 3 acres and 55 agricultural acres at another location. Can you do 2 ladybird deeds? One for my brother and the other property to me? He will soon require skilled nursing facility and mom is trying to get him qualified for Medicaid. Thanks In advance for any advise
Welcome Margaret,
If there are two separate properties, then 2 ladybird deeds can be filed by your parents. Your parents can get in touch with a local attorney and he will be able to help you in this regard.

Hi Margaret!
Welcome to the forums!
You will also have to check out whether or not the ladybird deed will be applicable in your state.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
