Will a Lady Bird deed protect property from a Medicaid lien if it is not the grantor's primary residence?
Hi Quizzative,
If the property is not the primary residence of the concerned person and if he or she is not named as the owner the property any longer, then the property may be saved from a lien.
Thanks
