Old land deeds

Posted on: 05th Jul, 2010 11:15 pm
Hello, I currently have land deeds in Alameda county California from 1883 into 1930 in my possession; I was wondering if these had any monetary value or if they where just a historical record. If so how would I go about selling/inducting these to a buyer/museum?
Hi kastarr,

If the property deeds are in your name, then you would be considered as the owner of the property. If you want to sell off the properties, then you will have to list them in the market and check out if you can get buyers for them.

Thanks,

Jerry
