My dad and mom deeded me their farm and now after my mom passed away my dad wants it back. In the lawyers office it was stated I would sign it back if either one of them needed it. My dad in the mean time has went into this money needing fit after mom died and now wants it back and has even threatened me to the point I am now in therapy from all his abuse what options do I have? He has two other places 150 acres and a storge business all paid for and then I have the property he lives on
Hi kh!

Welcome to forums!

If you haven't signed any written document stating that you would transfer the property to your father when he needed it, then you're not liable for transferring the property to him. You're the owner of the property and no one can force you to transfer it.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
