My father died in January 2006 and the will states that all personal and real property is to be split equally between the three of us. Was i not only left out of some important decisions, later i find out that my fathers house and property ie. vintage corvette and work van, were not listed in the attorneys paperwork that was given to me. My father died on jan. 20, 2006 and i just checked out the transfer of deed. That transfer took place on jan. 17, 2006. My father was in hospice starting on jan. 16, 2006. Do i have a right to contest this matter?
Hi jayschor!
Welcome to forums!
You can always contest the matter if you feel you haven't received your dues. You should contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you as to how you can contest the matter.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
