I have a lease on my proberty with my son can i put my daughters name on the deed ?
Hi ko!
Welcome to forums!
I think you can add your daughter's name to the deed. As I can understand from your question, you are the owner of the property and you have leased the property to your son. In that case. you being the owner can definitely add your daughter to the property.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi ko!
Yes, you can add your daughter to the title of property and she can remain on the title for 5 years until your son purchases it. When your son purchases the property, both you and your daughter will have to quitclaim the property in his name.
Thanks,
Jerry
