I want to move my parents near me so I can take care of them. My father is hadicapped and lost his leg in January.
Please clarify what you mean by "leave". Are you stating they are going to stop paying the mortgage or would this become an investment and they'll continue to pay? I hope I can help...

Do your parents have a reverse mortgage on the property? If not then they can easily leave the property and stay with you. However, if they have a reverse mortgage, then leaving the property will not be a good option as the lender will call the loan due.
