do i have legal rights if my name is not on mortgage or deed and we are divorcing?

My husband said he wants a divorce. We have been together for six years. He was the source of all our income. I do not work-i am mentally disabled. My name is not on the deed or loan. The house was in my name at one time-when we got married he put his name on the house due to my credit. Do I have any legal rights?
Hi Guest,

As your name is not on the property deed, you won't be considered as the owner of the property. You won't have any rights to that property and your husband can ask you to leave the property.

Thanks
