Rental property deeds transfer into Limited Liability Company...We have rental property that my wife and I own in our names. We set up a Limited Liability Company for the rental property. Do we need to change the deeds to the limited liability company name. Do we need need an attorney to make this legal in the state of Colorado.
Hi GARYEDWARD!
Welcome to forums!
Yes, you will need to change the property deed in the name of the limited liability company. It will be better if you can consult and attorney and take his help while filling out the deed.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

If a lending institution is holding the deed, how do i do it then.... do i send something to the lending institution, or do i need to have an attorney do it?
