My sister is single and buying a home in Las Vegas.I am her Executor of her will, and sister.She wants to put me on the Title so I would have no problems in the event of her death.How can she do this and not make me liable for any remaining balance due on the mortgage.

This is very common and simple. She is going to be the only one on the mortgage but both of your names will be added to the title.
