my wife cheated on me. we are now trying to work things out. we are both on the title for the house.im afraid that if she does this again i could lose half the house.i need something that says if she does this again the house goes to me and she gets nothing.she is willing to sign of on house for another chance to make things work.what are my options here. thankyou

George is absolutely correct in saying that you should go for counseling. You can consult an attorney who will tell you about the legal proceedings. If you wife agrees, I think you can ask her to sign a quitclaim deed in your name and give away the property interests to you.

i was suggesting marital counseling first and foremost.
