i own a mineral deed can i get a loan on it instead of selling it or leaseing it
Most mineral rights are worthless unless it is actively being used or has minerals located on it. See if you can get it appraised, then ask the lenders.
Welcome Christian white,
It will be completely the discretion of the lender to give you a loan depending upon the mineral rights. You should get in touch with the local lenders and check out whether or not you can qualify for a loan.
