hello- i live in the state of ohio and my current condo assocation does not allow "renting" of property. i recently lost both my parents and moved into their condo to take care of it.
my condo will be empty yet still need to pay hoa, proerty taxes,etc..want to have my nephew (10) and neice (32- his mother live there. property is paid for. she is filing bankruptcy so i will not put it in her name. will only be for year or so.
by laws allow immediate family member of the owners to live there including mother (32)
question is:
1) can a minor be put on quit claim deed in state of ohio
2) any risks involved?

Hi harac,
As far as I know, a minor cannot be put into the quitclaim deed in case of any state. BTW, I did not understand what risks are you speaking of. Can you explain it?
Thanks
