My mom left awill which leaves her property to my brother and myself and her sister as executor. The only property is a mobile home worth approximately $90.000. We are all in agreement hat it should go in my name so I can sell it. What form do we need and what do we need do to get the mobile home in my name so I can sell it?

As there is a will, you need to probate the will. Once the probate is complete, the property will get transferred to you and your sister. After that, your sister can sign a quitclaim deed or a warranty deed and transfer the property to you.
