Mobile home Question

Posted on: 03rd Oct, 2009 04:17 pm
I purchased a mobile home years ago with family members. When I married, I left my family members to take over the payments. After 3 years they purchased a home of their own and left the mobile home to renters. The mobile home is in my name and both my family members and myself are tired of messing with renters. I can't find a buyer because more is owed then it is worth. What can I do to get my name from this mobile home? I tried to offer a settlement to lender but they refused. Any suggestions?
You can walk away fromthe home the lnder may foreclose on the house and depending on where the property is, they may come after you for the deficiengt amount

Or you can talk to lebnder and see if they agree for short sale or deed in lieu
