Welcome cecilone,
You may have to file an affidavit of heirship and get the property transferred in your name. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in this matter.

Hi cecilone!
Welcome to forums!
Adonis is correct. You can file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office to change the name on the deed. You can even contact the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for the same as it is a mobile home.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
