We are living in a moble home but it's in my aunt name she's willing to get it put in our name and to see if we can get a doublewide ,need more space are even see about refinacing to add on but the problem is getting it in our name.Its a 1997 singlewide we had to get it in her name during the time because of our credit ,so we been paying the payment every since we got it.I know our credit is better now,but we still have about 17yrs.We still owe about $25,000.We want to our local banks in the area but they don't deal with moble homes loans.What do i need to do.

If your aunt quitclaim the property to you ,immediately lender of the mortgage on the property will send her notice and full mortgage will be due immediately after transfer through quitclaim deed.
So you will have to pay the full amount (if you can afford), at this moment I do not find any other way to solve this stuff.....
Just wait for some of the expert's comment on this topic as we have very experienced members on this board.
